One-Year Limited Warranty
Centri Group Inc. (“the Company”) assures the original purchaser (“the Customer”) that the residential propane tank monitor (“the Product”) will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for 1 year (12 months) from purchase (“the Warranty Period”). If the Product fails within this period, the Company may (a) repair or replace any faulty Product or component, or (b) accept the return of the Product for a refund. Repair or replacement may use new or refurbished parts at the Company’s discretion. If the Product or component is unavailable, the Company may replace it with a similar product. This is the sole remedy for breach of this warranty. Any repaired or replaced Product is covered for the longer of 90 days from delivery or the remaining Warranty Period. The warranty is transferable but doesn’t extend its duration or coverage.
Total Satisfaction Return Policy
If you, as the original purchaser, are dissatisfied with the Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Warranty Conditions
Before claiming under this warranty, the Product owner must (a) notify the Company during the Warranty Period at [email protected] and describe the issue, and (b) follow the Company’s return shipping instructions. The Company has no warranty obligations for ineligible Products.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty excludes “Ineligible Products,” including those labeled “sample” or “Not for Sale,” or subject to unauthorized modifications, mishandling, misuse, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts aren’t covered unless due to material or workmanship defects. The Company recommends using authorized service providers. Unauthorized use may invalidate the warranty. The Company isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Shipping costs for warranty service are the Customer’s responsibility.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as stated in this warranty, the Company disclaims all expressed, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions regarding the Product, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties or conditions is limited to the duration of this warranty.
Limitation of Damages
In addition to the warranty disclaimers, the Company isn’t liable for consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, with total cumulative liability not exceeding the original purchase amount.

THE COMPANY’S ONLINE SERVICES (“SERVICES”) AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS (“APPS”) PROVIDE INFORMATION (“PRODUCT INFORMATION”) ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS OR OTHER PERIPHERALS CONNECTED TO YOUR PRODUCTS (“PRODUCT PERIPHERALS”). THE TYPES OF PRODUCT PERIPHERALS THAT MAY BE CONNECTED TO YOUR PRODUCT MAY CHANGE OVER TIME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE DISCLAIMERS ABOVE, ALL PRODUCT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCT INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE, NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCT INFORMATION OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCT WILL ENSURE SAFETY IN YOUR HOME. YOU USE ALL PRODUCT INFORMATION, THE SERVICES, AND THE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR (AND THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS) ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING TO YOUR WIRING, FIXTURES, ELECTRICITY, HOME, PRODUCT, PRODUCT PERIPHERALS, COMPUTER, MOBILE DEVICE, AND ALL OTHER ITEMS AND PETS IN YOUR HOME RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR PRODUCT. PRODUCT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICES IS NOT INTENDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR DIRECT MEANS OF OBTAINING INFORMATION. FOR EXAMPLE, A NOTIFICATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR AUDIBLE AND VISIBLE INDICATIONS IN THE HOME AND ON THE PRODUCT, NOR FOR A THIRD-PARTY MONITORING SERVICE THAT MONITORS ALARM STATE.
Your Rights and This Limited Warranty
This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. Some limitations may not apply according to local laws.
Making a Warranty Claim
To claim warranty service:
Contact the Company’s customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the defective Product with a copy of the original purchase receipt and the RMA number to the provided address.

Except as stated in this warranty, the Company makes no other warranties, express or implied.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by Michigan law.
