Steps to Request Account Deletion

 

    1. Send an Email: Compose an email from the email address linked to your MyPropane App account and send it to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
    2. Include Account Information:
        • In the email body, provide your full name and the username associated with your MyPropane App account.
        • Include any additional information that may assist us in verifying your identity.
    3. Confirmation Email:
        • Upon receiving your request, our support team will send you a confirmation email to the address associated with your MyPropane App account.
    4. Verification Process:
        • Respond to the confirmation email with any additional information required for identity verification. This step is crucial to ensure the security and privacy of your account.
    5. Confirmation of Deletion Request:
        • Once the verification process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your account deletion request has been received and is being processed.
