Centri offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be returned in good condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
– All original manuals and device activation cards must be included.
– The product must be returned to the specified return address within 60 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and device activation cards.
3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided above. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.
4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
